Getting paid just for knowing someone

Are you able to make money by simply knowing someone? Today I learned about reaching out to others and making money while doing it. After all, business exposure starts with people, and how you talk to others. Believing the conviction within yourself first is very important.

The first thing that was covered was being comfortable with the fact that your business is not for everyone and That's OK. I learned that using and experiencing your own business as a customer first is very important (something I already knew and practice lol).

A bigger question was who do we reach out to first? Since there are many options like Family, Friends and acquaintances we should be very aware as to how to organize your relationships and direct your conversations appropriately.

These relationships are extremely important to create and maintain personally and especially in business. When I first started in business, almost 7 years ago, I really thought that I could sell Everyone I knew and met, because my product and service were so great, but after 7 years of business relationship experience I now know better.

Another question that we covered was How do we even start the conversation? This has never been an issue for me since I have always loved conversing with just about any friendly person that I would come across with. Still, there were new tips, overviews and cover topics about how to get people interested and wanting to know more about what you do for a living.

The coolest part about the lesson was that there were sample conversations that we would do and practice just being ourselves and opening up about what we are doing. After doing my sample conversations I felt like a rock start speaker lol

After the lesson, I felt much more powerful and intuitive about talking to others about myself, my business and I my results. So now, although this opportunity is not for everyone, Here is the site for the info esmarketingsystems.com and feel free to leave any questions or comments below.

Thanks again for your time and G-d Bless :)

My Results in MyOnlineBusinessEducation

Hey everyone.

I know that its been over two months since I last blogged and I wanted to share something exciting that happened This week. I made MONEY

I know its not that big of a deal to make money since everyone already knows how to make money. Just get a job. Here is the cool thing about how I made this money. I didnt have to do a single thing.

Well thats not entirely true i did make my investment into my own business, with the help of a friend (Thanks Randy), but what happened afterwards was simply mind blowing.

After receiving my list of customers, less than 3 days later I received a call from one of my coaches. He asks how I have been doing and if I received the list of my new clients. I said "Yea I got the email and i'm ready to get in touch with them."

My coach then reminds me that the phone sales team has already done that and that in fact, the reason for his call was to let me know that i have already made over $2,000 on my first commission from only 1 customer so far.

OMG I was dumbfounded and confused, but once the reality began to set in I started realizing that I just made money with my new business without doing a single thing and just letting the system work for me. AMAZING

Check out My Testimonial

Thank you G-d, Matt Lloyd, thank you to all of MOBE, my coaches and sponsor Russell for inviting me, training me and helping me be on my to a successful business life and amazing experience.

I can't wait to finish working with my coaches and seeing the results from my other clients. Check it out for yourself and let me know what your results are once you Apply @ EsMarketingSystems.com

What faith really is and why its important...

Today I would like to talk about how faith can change everything that you have ever known. Now, I am now talking about religious faith, but I am talking about the complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Therefore certain questions arise, why is faith important? How can it be used? And, what are the pros and cons of having or not having faith? These are the first kind of questions that arise when any person is presented with the idea of faith.
I want to start with first identifying what faith even means and how it can be viewed. One of Webster’s dictionary definitions describes it as, “Belief; the assent of the mind to the truth of what is declared by another, resting solely and implicitly on his authority and veracity; reliance on testimony.” The part that I would like to expand on is “[the] reliance on testimony.” Most people today like to think that everything that they think is through inception of their own. They thought of it, therefore they are the first to think of it. Sound brilliant at first, but when you take into view their past experiences, information learned and educational background you then start to realize that the idea that they are expressing is not so original.
I personally learned that everything that I have ever attempted and tested was generated from something in my own past that has influenced that thought in some way or another. Even though there are certain individuals who learn certain material and come up with ideas that are in no way related to their own past, we can still connect their ideas with information that they have viewed or learned which directly or indirectly influences their ideas. There is no such thing as NEW in life. Just about everything has been tried and tested. Maybe not properly, but certainly looked at or considered. This is why faith is important, just as the other part of the above stated definition stated which says, “assent of the mind…of what is declared.” The “approval of the mind” because once the information was received, it was then considered to be true.
I don’t want to get too technical but we can learn from this that it is clear that every human being on this planet has faith in someone or something. Whether it is something that they have seen to be true, or not true, or something that they have learned to be true, or not true. Just the same when a baby experiences a happy moment with a particular family member, the child can have faith that this certain happy experience exists within a certain interaction with this particular individual. Or, when that same baby experiences an sense of something that is unpleasant and therefore has faith that any interaction that that “something” will result in an unpleasant experience. With this information we can now understand, “Why faith is so important.” It literally determines our way of thinking and the actions that we take within our own lives.
Another question that comes up subconsciously is, “can it be changed or controlled?” The simple answer is yes and no. Let’s take the lesson of child A and child B. When child A grows up in a wealthy family this child experiences many good things being surrounded by wealth and happy family members who are always cheerful. Growing up this child can have faith that there are good things to expect when wealth and cheerful people are in their life environment. Similarly, when child B grows up in a wealthy family, this child experiences some good things but instead is surrounded by a family of individuals that constantly argue back and forth about finances and therefore hardly get along. Growing up, this child B now has faith that wealth can turn people into very sour individuals. So the question is, “who is right?” The answer is that both of them are right in their faith in something and someone.
Now that we have a better idea about how much of an influence faith has on our lives, the question we are trying to answer is, “Why is it important?” As stated above the many influences that we experience while growing up from the moment that we are born we can realize that having faith is not only important but we also learn that it is ever present in our lives whether we want to believe it or not and whether we want to accept it or ignore it. Obviously, ignoring it has proven to be costly just as the child who decides to ignore the importance of family because of the inclination to acquire and maintaining wealth therefore deciding that because of this individual’s past experiences, they will never know how to have a happy family life while being wealthy.
This then leads us to the next question, “How can it be used?” Before we can answer this we need to learn and understand one very important point that we have not addressed until now. The lack of any control whatsoever of the individual over the circumstances that surrounded them while everything was playing out before them. This point is “Key” to understand because it is important to know and accept that in order to be able to view and analyze your own faith in whatever it may be, you must acknowledge that there is no control over it. Faith in something that you know is going to happen or not going to happen, is knowing and accepting that you are powerless to the circumstances that are about to take place. Just like child A and B who were powerless to the outcomes of their experiences.
Nevertheless there is a change in this believe, regardless of one’s past experience, that one can make and still remaining powerless to the outcomes of what will result out of the steps and actions that are put in place. At this point, self consciousness becomes a very important tool that one must learn to use in order to make that change. The first step is recognizing what are your thought patterns. For example, “Because I want (blank), I know that if I do (blank), then (blank) will happen.” No matter how we fill in the blanks, we can start to understand what our thinking patterns are. Every time that we take action on something, we can first think about our thinking pattern statement and realize whether what we are about to do actually makes sense to ourselves or not. Then we will also begin to see what our faith is.
So, how can it be utilized? When we realize the “something” or “someone” that we have faith in, we can then decide if continuing to have faith in that someone or something is going to get us the results that we want. Another reality that we need to come to terms with is, “Will we continue to do the same things, while expecting different results?” This can be compared to the definition of insanity, which is “Doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.” If we don’t consider ourselves insane, then we now that our faith is either empty or unfulfilling. Therefore, we need to decide whether or not we actually believe that we can achieve to obtain what we want or if we are hopeless. I think it is safe to say that we all want good things for ourselves and are willing to try anything in order to get it. This begins with choosing to have faith in something or someone that has provided results that we want.

My first experince with the Entrepreneurship challenge

To continue my humble beginnings story about my decision to become an entrepreneur, i would like to first say that it was not an entirely conscience choice and i am still learning new things about my choice. What i would like to emphasize is, that even though it was not a conscience choice, it in fact was MY choice to do so and i will never regret my choice for doing so. As a matter of fact, if i had a choice to do it all over again, i would choose to do it exactly the same again:)......and now to continue.....

There was a dead silence for about 5-10 mins as my father had no clue to what the answer could be. Inside my own head I kept running in circles about how it would be a bad idea if I did take advantage of this opportunity. Every thought that came to mind about why I should not do this was instantly blocked and rejected by the fact that I was perfect for the position and there was an endless possibility to what can become of this experience. Nonetheless, I was hesitant about speaking up. After my father kept bringing up random names and again and again my mother kept shooting them down with reasons why those people would not work as good help.
Finally, I opened my mouth and again said, “I’ll do it, I would be the perfect help with this.” I figured since my mother has been rejecting every single person as help, I assumed that she wouldn’t reject her own family. All of a sudden my mother paused and gave me a look that said, “I’m going to give you one chance and one chance only before I say NO.” As I prepared my grand speech I couldn’t help but feel this rush of “nothing to lose” mentality and I went straight for it. I explained how I would be perfect because of the need for cheap and manageable labor who knew what to do and what to say while on the job.
My mother’s first response was a shocking one. I only expected her to immediately say nope, you lost your chance and go back to watching tv, but what she asked was completely shocking to me. She asked, “And what about finishing school?” With this question I then knew that my chance was still open and this was either a “make it” or “break it” moment for my opportunity. I needed a moment to think about my response because I already knew how important finishing school was for my mother or any parent at that. I myself was wondering how I could finish school if I was going to be taking on the business full time.
As I began to speak every thought began to make more and more sense. I told my mother that i wasn’t doing very well in my academics and didn’t like going to school anyways. I also reminded her that a friend of mine, whom she knew very well, had dropped out of school before me and ended up getting his GED (General Education Diploma) through home studies and completed it even before his class was scheduled to graduate. The fact was that I was doing very well in school actually and I loved the materials and learning experiences that I was having. The only thing that I could think about was helping out my family in these difficult times.
After about an hour of explaining and answering questions I realized that my father was nowhere to be found in the conversation. As a matter of fact my father turned himself as an on looker as this intense debate was going on with my mother and I. At the end of it all I made a very clear promise to my mother to help my father only up until the point of getting the business back on track and finishing my education before my graduating class if not around the same time. My mother then looked over to my father and asked him what he thought. My father just looked over and said that if it was fine with my mother, then it was okay with him since he really needed the help anyways.
The following Monday, my mother walked into school with me and we went straight to the main office to request a drop out transfer. I had convinced my mother that this would be the best option in order to salvage my GPA and grades that I have received thus far. I could have simply stopped going to school, but if I did, I would begin to accumulate missed days and failures in my courses for non attendance. Still, with keeping my promise to my mother in mind, my parents and I decided that this would be the best course of action so that getting back into school would not be so difficult.
The transition for myself was not very hard since I have done so during the summer days when I would help my brother out with the business. This time it was for myself and this time I would be the one calling the shots and charging the prices. Things could not have been looking better for me and a new chapter in my life. This is what entrepreneurship was all about and I was headed into it head first without even knowing what to expect from managing and maintaining a real life business. Although my experience in detail is for another forum, I have to say that I learned firsthand about the ups and downs about business which surprisingly did not turn me off or discourage me about pushing forward toward my life goals which , I feel, has made me who I am today and gotten me what I have for my family and for myself.

Who are you...and why its important...my unknown beginnings

When I was first asked why I do what I do, I thought the answer was simple, "Because Eli!!! that's why." Soon I would find out that it wasn't that simple. I soon realized that everything I had accomplished has stemmed out from a decision that changed my life forever. I never realized how important that decision was at the time that I made it because I felt that it was obvious and normal to whom I was. Little did I know that this decision would determine forever the rest of my life path. It would determine all of the future choices that I would make in my life. The choice between “screw it lets do it” and “no never mind” was so big that, if I would have a chance to do it all over again.....I would Totally do it all exactly the same.....

Born Tuesday October 14th, 1986 to Eloisa and Mario Solano at Cook county hospital now known as John H. Stroger Hospital. I was raised in the Humboldt park neighborhood and then moved to the Logan Square neighborhood.
Growing up in a Hispanic neighborhood I was led to believe that as a minority I was confined to a downgraded form of education, a lowered standard of living and a capped level of income and wealth status.
In high school I began to realize that “There is no fate but what you create.” Joined the varsity football team since freshman year and was captain of the defense all three years. This taught me that leadership can’t be taught, it must be nurtured into development.
Toward the end of junior year in high school, I was confronted with a situation that changed my life forever. My oldest brother worked with a family friend who owned and operated their own franchised cleaning business. After some time I as well began to work and learn from this family friend. Eventually this family friend decided to venture off to Florida but had no one to manage the business here in Chicago. My brother asked for my father’s financial help. My father agreed to purchase the franchise from our family friend and provided my oldest brother with his very own business.
After some time my father checked in on the business and found out that my brother was pocketing income for his own gain and racking up the franchise bill. My brother had his reasons and I never questioned him. After the confrontation my father and brother had a fall out and my brother left the business in the hands of my father. My father has always held a 9-5 and didn’t know the first thing there was to know about running a successful business. My father tried to maintain as much as he could but to no avail. One night while I was watching TV in the living room, I remember my father sitting in front of the home desktop leaning his head on his right hand scratching his head. I kind of knew what he was thinking about but not completely sure of the details to the dilemma.
I remember my mother walking over to my father and telling him that everything will be ok and that she was sure that it was all going to work out. I then decided to get up and ask my father what seemed to be the problem. As my father began to explain, I began to understand how serious the situation was. My father, who already had his own full time job, was now left to dig the franchise out of the debt that my brother had dug the business into. The question was, How was my father going to operate and manage the business while working at his full time job? Clearly my father needed help.
At that moment I began to think about what were the important things in my life, and the one thing that kept coming back into my mind was Family Security. I simply couldn’t get it out of my head and so I did the only thing that I saw was best and it was to act on it. I stood up and I told my father that I was willing to help him figure this whole thing out. My mother of course gave a look and told me to mind my own business because there was no way that she would ever let me, a high school kid, get involved with “grown folks” business. She became so upset about the idea that she went into the kitchen and began to prepare dinner.
My father stood quiet the entire time and simply waited for my mother to finish her thoughts and what she had to say as she rambled on while walking into the kitchen. At that moment I began to ask my father several questions about the problem and began to offer several pieces to the puzzle in order for everything to make sense and come together. Eventually one idea led to another and what it all came down to was that my father needed the manpower to make it all work out. But not just any kind of man power, my father needed cheap labor in order to be able to make ends meet.
At the end of our conversation, I told my father that if no one else, I would be willing to offer my help. Of course, my father looked at me like it was never going to happen. I simply said. “ok” and went back to watching tv. At that moment my mother announced that dinner was ready. As the three of us sat around the table my father began to talk about how he thought it could all work out. Of course these were all the same ideas that He and I had talked about while my mother was in the kitchen. Eventually my mother asked the obvious question, “So where are you going to find a person to help you out for so cheap?”
